The foundation for my leadership style lies on empathy and team work whereby designs are kept in line with what users want while achieving business targets. My passion for creating meaningful experiences that help businesses grow becomes apparent when it comes to product design because I am always willing to learn new things or explore new frontiers.

Empathy, Innovation, and Leadership are things that mean so much and fully influence everything I do. The idea of inventing, for example, has always been with me starting from when I was a small kid. I am of the opinion that nothing matches the satisfaction of adapting a thing to suit specific purposes away from the stereotypical layout, especially when teamwork is deeply involved in achieving such objectives which almost seem impossible to complete. I am an individual who dreams large and moves very fast, while at the same time being careful in considering the bigger picture; this is a mix of idealistic aspirations and micromanagement of systems. Making the extra effort to master what I do and to go beyond it with each and every completed assignment is also to fulfill the purpose of serving the greater good at the end of the day.

I am a product design executive who studied in computer science and information technology at the university before shifting towards animations and media creations. This was with the aid of Flash and the capabilities that came with the threading of small movies. The interest in the creation of Flash projects led to my interest in gaming development in Unity. This was my chance to engage in the creation of the first Windows Store app in Saudi Arabia. In fabrication in the economy, my exposure to gaming development and animation was very new compared to the people around me. My unique user experience from web design and gaming development helps me approach product design creatively. As a result, I have been able to develop products in collaboration with other teams which have brought about positive change as they cater to the end user.
